We were a part of Process Improvement in one of its Machining component Division-II. We assist in setting up the process for crankshafts. DANA, YUCHAI, CATERPILLER, DETROIT are the customers of these crankshafts.

We identified the machines used in Process, We identified level of automation (Loading/ Uploading / Lifting) needed for the crankshafts. We also help them in identifying & establishing Material flow during the process.

We set up Milestones for in process Inspections, subcontracting involved & scheduled Maintaince of work centers involved.
